The Bill (Reg. No.2289) supplements Article 16 of the Law "On Foreign Economic Activity" with regulations, pursuant to which "customs clearance of commodities subject to licensing or loaded in bulk can not be declined, provided cost, amount or weight of such commodities slightly deviates from the indicated rates". Moreover, the limits of such rates are to be established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine by submission of a central executive body in charge of economic policy.
The Bill imposes a ban on import of commodities that are limited by some quotas, until the said quotas are fully used.
